V-Nova PresenZ format enables 6 Degrees of Freedom

Allows users to move and look around within the VR environment, enhancing the realism of interactive scenes. This ability to move naturally in the scene prevents any discomfort or Cybersickness common to standard 3 Degrees of Freedom ( 3DoF) movies.

Seamless pipeline integration and 3D assests resuability

PresenZ unique approach allows it to integrate directly into the standard VFX and 3D animation pipelines, like Maya/Arnold for instance. It is just a plug-in on the render-engine allowing to switch from a 2D image output to the PresenZ Volumetric format output

The entire pipeline, 3D scenes and assets can be repurposed into VR cinematic experiences, preserving everything from the original 2D render like modelling, rigging, animation, textures, shaders, lighting, etc.

There is not even any need for export since everything is happening in the original content creator pipeline.

How PresenZ works

PresenZ leverages volumetric rendering techniques to create immersive, navigable 3D environments from standard CGI assets. This process involves capturing in a 3D scene depth information and covering whatever can be seen from a Volume of vision, called the Zone Of View, wherein the can movee freely. The user can then experience parallax and perspective shifts that mimic real-life vision.
